Job Description
• Investigate billing discrepancies and coordinate resolutions among members and providers
• Manage cases involving Medicaid, Medicare, and other benefit programs
• Help members understand their benefit plans and guide them through claims scenarios
• Adhere to internal policies and ensure accuracy in processing claims
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in healthcare, customer service, or claims
- Familiarity with plan documents and benefits such as dental and vision
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Strong listening skills and empathetic communication
