Job Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in environmental or regulatory compliance within Waste & Recycling industry
- Deep expertise in RCRA hazardous waste regulations
- Strong working knowledge of DOT, FSMA, FDA, and state regulations
- Proven experience building risk-based evaluation or compliance frameworks
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
- Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear business guidance
