Job Description

• Serve as a geographically based retail arm of the sales team • Drive selling, merchandising and distribution efforts at store level • Ensure customer agreements are executed and upheld • Build relationships with Store, Market and Regional Managers to unlock growth opportunities • Collaborate with Broker partner on priorities and execution of Perfect Store • Lead distribution & share growth through shelving, new item, void closure and reset activity • Sell against promotional and incremental opportunities to achieve revenue targets • Price monitoring and management • Travel expected: 40%

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree
Highly Motivated; Self Starting
Learning Agile & Adaptable to Change
Ability to effectively plan, organize and set priorities
Superior communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships (in-person and virtual)
Strong negotiation, analytical and influencing skills
Experience in Retail Selling Preferred
