• Providing technical direction for site activities to internal teams and skilled labor to ensure safety, compliance, and quality. • Performing all mechanical and hydraulic maintenance, repair or replacement of parts as directed • Using hand tools and small power tools to conduct general maintenance of Aeroderivative Gas Turbines • Executing hands-on job duties on site, including sub-contractor coordination and customer/internal communication • Troubleshooting complicated mechanical and hydraulic problems on variable pitch/ variable speed turbines • Overseeing, overhaul, troubleshooting and commissioning of Aeroderivative products at customer sites. • Having proven extensive experience in performing advanced site maintenance activities on AERO engines such as: Hot section replacement, Top case etc. • Technically well-rounded and multi-skilled to address mechanical activities on the gas turbine and troubleshooting (including packages, auxiliary systems and balance of plant (BOP) • Leading in customer and contractor meetings to share and update action plans and to advise on technical solutions. • Ensuring internal training, compliance and quality documentation is updated, followed, and completed according to company standards. • Ensuring all in-field activities carried out safely complying with company environmental health & Safety (EHS) guidelines and procedures
