Job Description

• Lead a high-performing engineering team by driving collaboration, growth, and accountability. Set clear goals, provide strategic direction, and develop talent to ensure long-term success. • Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle of engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and technical excellence. Collaborate cross-functionally to align technical initiatives with business objectives while maintaining high standards for quality, security, and scalability. • Drive efficiency through agile methodologies and engineering best practices, continuously refining workflows, tools, and processes. Use key performance metrics to measure success and optimize team productivity. • Act as the bridge between engineering and other teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on priorities. Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for business stakeholders and leadership. • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating innovative solutions that enhance product development and business growth. Advocate for new tools and strategies that drive efficiency, scalability, and long-term technical success.

Job Requirements

5+ years of experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in a management role.
Proven track record of successfully leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects.
Strong leadership and team-building abilities with a focus on driving performance and results.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong technical foundation with expertise in at least one of TypeScript/Node.js, Java/Kotlin, or Ruby on Rails, plus experience working with AWS and Datadog.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Deep understanding of agile software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
A strategic and results-driven approach to engineering and team leadership.
Adaptability and a continuous improvement mindset.
