• Provide SME (Subject Matter Expert) knowledge in MHS GENESIS Revenue Cycle, including all Charge Services, with expertise in radiology billing and informatics systems • Optimize workflows and charge capture opportunities within radiology departments to improve operational efficiency and revenue cycle outcomes • Analyze and reconcile suspended charges and Discharged Not Final Billed (DNFB) • Support the development and rollout of scalable enterprise Revenue Cycle programs, including radiology informatics integration • Design and implement decision-support tools focused on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for fiscal health • Apply Revenue Cycle principles, including charge capture, coding, billing, reimbursement, denial management, and compliance, with a focus on radiology services • Collaborate on training materials and workflow optimization for radiology staff and informatics users
