• Provide legal advice on labor and employment related litigation, laws, regulations, rules, and orders for the Company globally. • Provide day-to-day advice to assist the Company in managing and mitigating labor and employment risks. • Serve as a subject matter expert for employment matters globally. • Partner closely with Human Resources and People Leaders to provide day-to-day legal guidance regarding the full employee lifecycle. • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring practices, offer letters, background checks, and onboarding issues. • Draft, review, and negotiate separation, severance, and release agreements. • Partner with Human Resources to train managers on employment law topics. • Manage and oversee employment-related litigation, agency charges, audits, and investigations. • Conduct and oversee internal investigations and advise on appropriate remedial action.
