• Translate business goals into channel plans, priorities, KPIs, and measurable outcomes. • Lead client meetings (weekly/biweekly/monthly), set agendas, and keep everyone aligned. • Consult across channels like SEO, content marketing, paid search (PPC), paid social, social media, etc. • Respond quickly and thoughtfully to client communication. • Build long-term relationships through strong strategy, clear expectations, and great follow-through. • Analyze performance in Google Analytics (GA4) and other reporting sources to identify what’s working, what’s not, and what we should do next. • Report on progress toward KPIs. • Coordinate with internal teams + project management resources to ship high-quality deliverables. • Complete more strategic / high level deliverables and analysis for your clients.
