• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of data products that enable analytics, interoperability, and business insights across the enterprise • Sit at the intersection of data strategy, product management, and technology • Drive adoption of modern data platforms and ensure data products deliver measurable business value at scale • Balance strategic foresight with executional rigor, identifying emerging opportunities • Shape long-term roadmaps • Ensure delivery of data and analytics solutions that advance business goals and improve customer outcomes

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
7+ years in product management or product management certification, with at least 3 years focused on driving data products from strategy through adoption
Experience in healthcare or adjacent regulated industries and healthcare data and analytics products
Cloud Data Platforms: Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse, Databricks, dbt
Data Integration: MuleSoft, APIs, batch/real-time flows
BI Tools and data visualization best practices: Power BI, dashboard design, KPI frameworks
Familiarity with SQL, Python, and data modeling concepts
Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data to inform decisions
Proven ability to define product vision, create roadmaps, and manage lifecycle
Proven ability to drive adoption, retention and measurable user value
Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), backlog management and sprint planning
Excellent communication, alignment and influence skills across all levels of the organization
Strong strategic, analytical and decision-making skills; ability to balance short-term delivery and long-term vision
Strong business acumen, with experience making ROI-driven prioritization decisions
Systems thinker who can zoom-in on details while keeping a strategic perspective
Curiosity, adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Leadership and mentoring of junior data product managers or analysts
