• Own a critical product area and help define and drive the strategy, execution, and measurable outcomes. • Deeply understand and articulate the what and the why behind our customers pain points to build and drive an outcome oriented product roadmap. • Work extensively in our labs and retail partners to test features, observe user behaviors, and iterate quickly; support pilots and launches as needed. • Lead the entire product lifecycle, from deep user and retailer discovery to final delivery. • Champion best-in-class design and user experiences. • Drive cross‑functional alignment by partnering closely with Engineering, Hardware, Design, Data Science, Operations, and QA teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions; communicate tradeoffs, risks, and progress with transparency.
