• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of innovative CX solutions to support revenue growth, customer-centricity, and digital transformation • Participate in improvement initiatives across Sales and CRM platforms, including: SAP SD, SAP Sales Cloud, SAP CPQ, SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud • Collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing teams to analyze, optimize, and enhance business processes in Sales & CRM systems • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP Sales & CRM platforms, ensuring operational stability and quick issue resolution • Stay updated on SAP advancements, industry trends, and best practices in the Sales & Marketing domain • Work cross-functionally with SAP teams and IT groups to develop technical solutions aligned with business needs • Apply strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve system challenges, maximizing IT investments • Query, analyze, and interpret system data to provide actionable insights and support future enhancements • Actively contribute to SAP upgrade cycles and ensure seamless transitions • Coordinate and interface with third-party system implementors for project and integration activities
