Job Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to expand sales, profitability, and market share • Cultivate and strengthen deep, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure impactful point of sale presentations • Partner closely with outside sales representatives to drive sales performance • Lead complex negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements • Oversee and manage the order entry process for accounts • Develop accurate sales forecasts and manage budgets for assigned accounts • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to internal stakeholders and key account partners • Travel to key accounts to lead training initiatives and deepen strategic relationships

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management or a similar senior sales role
  • Strong strategic planning and analytical skills
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics platforms
  • Experience within the cycling, outdoor, or juvenile products industry is a significant advantage.
