• Design responsive digital experiences across mobile and desktop. • Create user-friendly landing pages that drive conversion and engagement. • Ensure designs are optimized for performance, accessibility, and brand consistency. • Bring designs to life through motion and video. • Collaborate with growth and content teams to design email campaigns, display ads, social creative, and other digital assets. • Support product launches, seasonal promotions, and ad campaigns with compelling creative campaign design. • Analyze performance data and feedback to provide design improvements. • Create compelling motion graphics and video content to support brand storytelling and performance marketing initiatives. • Maintain and evolve Caribou’s design system across platforms. • Uphold visual brand guidelines across all digital channels. • Partner with copywriters and strategists to deliver cohesive, conversion-focused experiences. • Use Figma as a core design tool for prototyping and production. • Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless handoff of design assets. • Content and motion graphics video creation experience (e.g., using After Effects, Lottie, or similar tools).
