Job Description
Job Requirements
- Minimum twelve years’ DOT Compliance experience required and solid understanding of FMCSR.
- Minimum seven years’ leadership experience.
- Deep knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, CSA, regulations.
- Experience working with telematics and safety analytics tools.
- Experience in a staffing or logistics environment strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing safety programs that reduce incidents and improve compliance.
- Knowledge of how driver leasing fits into compliance with DOT regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to travel as needed to client sites and field offices.
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Director of Safety (CDS), or similar credential is a plus.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Excellent relationship building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
