• Own client-facing delivery plans, milestones, and delivery quality for clients engaging Limetree in ongoing marketing strategy, insights, and services. • Track risks, dependencies, and open questions that affect client outcomes, escalating thoughtfully when delivery is at risk. • Ensure work lands with clients clearly, on time, and with confidence. • Coordinate work across strategy, behavioral science, data, and creative teams. • Manage handoffs and dependencies across disciplines and seniority levels. • Act as the primary client point of contact for day-to-day communication. • Lead status updates, delivery check-ins, and in-flight discussions. • Identify delivery risks and client needs beyond what is sold, and partner with leadership to scope and support additional work where it improves outcomes.
