Job Description

• Keep programs humming: Coordinate analyst briefings, inquiries, peer reviews, and client engagements across multiple enterprise accounts • Master the details: Track project timelines, deliverables, and shared assets using our ARchitect platform, AR Connect and workflow tools • Enable client success: Prepare agendas, capture meeting notes, manage follow-ups, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks • Tell the data story: Extract, summarize, and polish analyst insights • Optimize constantly: Spot opportunities to automate, streamline, and improve how we work—then help implement them • Be a team player: Jump in where needed, work flexibly under tight deadlines, and bring a proactive, can-do attitude

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of professional experience in communications, PR, marketing, or a related field
Genuine interest in analyst relations, competitive intelligence, or market intelligence
Familiarity with current AI tools and a curiosity to push us forward in using new AI tools that deliver high quality results to our customers
Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for data integrity
Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple clients and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communications
Collaborative, optimistic energy with a hunger to learn and contribute
Proficiency in collaboration and communication tools include spreadsheets and slide creation
