• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of SNF Administration product suite • Lead cross-functional product delivery across clinical, operational, and financial domains • Focus on improving administrative efficiency, regulatory compliance, and customer outcomes • Shape and deliver AI-enabled capabilities • Define and own the product vision and multi-year roadmap • Identify and prioritize opportunities aligned to customer needs • Partner with leadership to align roadmap priorities with organizational strategy • Serve as the voice of the customer by deeply understanding SNF administrative workflows • Gather and synthesize customer feedback, usage data, and market insights • Define product requirements, epics, and user stories in collaboration with engineering and UX teams • Drive delivery from discovery through launch and adoption • Manage trade-offs across scope, quality, timing, and risk • Collaborate with stakeholders including Engineering, UX, Data and Analytics teams
