Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent technical degree required; Master's degree is a plus
- At least 5–8 years of experience with Oracle Fusion and/or Oracle NetSuite.
- Proven track record of at least 3–4 ERP migrations and/or NetSuite implementations.
- Strong project management skills; PMP certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.
- Must be willing to travel occasionally to office sites throughout North America; as necessary.

- Compensation & Benefits**
- Resource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on a candidate's skills, experience and qualifications for the position. In addition to base pay, employees are eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.
