Job Description

• Support mission-critical cloud and infrastructure environments. • Planning, coordination, and delivery of IT support services. • System installation, configuration, troubleshooting, user assistance, and training. • Ensuring high levels of system availability, performance, and security. • Support operations in compliance with DoD cybersecurity policies. • Respond to incidents and service requests. • Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, and operations teams.

Job Requirements

Six (6) years of progressive experience in the field of Information Processing including hands – on experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) IT hosting solutions.
Three (3) of which are specialized in Information Processing and involve a range of hardware/software solutions.
Two (2) of which are concentrated, hands-on experience in installing, diagnosing problems, and training customers in the use of software and hardware.
Required Certifications – A combination totaling at least three (3), one (1) from each listed below: IAT-II Certification, Cloud Engineer or Cloud Architect Certification, Cloud Solutions Certification.
Must have ACTIVE Top Secret Security Clearance to be considered for this role.
