• Serve as a senior advisor supporting Patient Access, Scheduling, Registration, Eligibility, and Authorization functions • Lead initiatives focused on reducing patient access–owned denials, including COB and authorization-related denials • Optimize scheduling efficiency, patient movement, and front-end registration workflows • Partner with operational and IT stakeholders to design and implement Epic-based improvements aligned to best practices • Support implementation and optimization of: • Real-Time Eligibility • Authorization workflows • Registration edits and decision trees • Workqueues and operational reporting • Act as project management lead for complex, multi-hospital initiatives, including change management and stakeholder coordination • Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to support operational and financial goals • Provide subject matter expertise across Epic Patient Access applications • Mentor analysts and operational teams on optimization strategies and best practices • Support business development, assessments, and follow-on remediation initiatives as needed
