Job Description
• You’ll manage a portfolio of accounts and be responsible for establishing strong relationships and hitting retention and upsell goals
• You’ll be running a variety of engagement campaigns into your portfolio of accounts to identify challenges, educate customers, and create growth opportunities
• You’ll run demos of TeamSnap platform to show the value of new products or add-ons
• You'll follow up with accounts that request more information on new products and/or join webinars to create new opportunities
• You’ll use data analysis to assemble account plans, evaluate your business, drive the strategy, and communicate the results.
• You’ll drive a value-based sales process, uncovering customer needs through deep discovery and customized demonstrations of the specific capabilities of the product and/or processes that will solve the customer's needs.
• You’ll optimize your sales toolkit to produce the best possible full sales cycle conversion rate & close ratio.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 0-3 years in Customer Success Relationship Management or Account Management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of hitting sales quotas.
- Ability to travel occasionally, including but not limited to our annual company meeting, periodic sales team meetings throughout the year, potential trade shows, and potential client visits.
- Sports industry experience (preferred)
