• Own the end-to-end lifecycle management of HappyCo's SaaS systems and software tools • Leveraging HappyCo’s existing Torii solution, update and maintain inventory of all systems, including ownership, licensing, renewals, usage, and integration dependencies • Evaluate ROI of existing systems, and recommend new systems or consolidation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce redundancy • Partner with department heads to understand business needs and ensure systems align with operational requirements • Partner with Security resources to establish and enforce governance policies for system access, user provisioning, and de-provisioning • Coordinate with People Team on onboarding and off-boarding processes for hardware and any software not auto-provisioned, to ensure timely access management • Manage vendor relationships and serve as primary contact for SaaS providers • Negotiate contracts, renewals, and pricing with vendors in partnership with Finance and the department leaders who are primary users of each tool • Identify opportunities to improve workflows through better system integration and automation • Develop a strategic roadmap for HappyCo's information services and SaaS ecosystem
