Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive engineering experience, including application engineering, systems engineering, or power systems roles supporting complex technical programs
- At least 3 years of experience leading technical teams, including mentoring engineers and managing technical execution across multiple projects
- Demonstrated experience working in defense, naval, or government‑funded programs, including direct interaction with customers and program stakeholders
