• Responsible for conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and evaluations for patients seeking SUD treatment. • Conduct assessment through patient interviewing, data gathering, and reviewing standardized assessment tools. • Utilize expertise in counseling or related field for assessment and recommendation of appropriate treatment and level of care. • Facilitate initial treatment planning through patient collaboration on the development of prioritizing problems, goals and objectives, and interventions. • Review treatment protocols, priorities, and expectations with patients. • Ensure admission tasks, documentation, and consultations are completed as required during the day of service.
