Job Requirements
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years specifically focused on the legal industry (law firms or in-house legal teams)
- Demonstrated experience in Learning & Development, including needs assessments, training program design, or managing upskilling initiatives
- Strong understanding of legal roles, qualifications, and professional pathways in common law jurisdictions (e.g., Australia, UK, US)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a data-driven mindset
- Previous experience in a remote, distributed work environment is highly desirable
