Job Description
• Lead strategy, execution, and growth for equipment finance
• Develop and manage a portfolio of strategic partnerships
• Drive equipment finance volume and analyze performance data
• Serve as primary point of contact for strategic partners
• Collaborate with underwriting, operations, risk, and compliance teams
• Expert on emerging equipment finance industry trends
Job Requirements
- 10+ Years of experience in equipment leasing, finance and relationship management
- Proven ability to originate and execute transactions within institutional and equipment leasing markets
- Strong network within the leasing and financial services industry
- Strong customer service, organizational & communication/presentation skills
- High degree of comfort in interacting with clients - both internal and external.
