• Audit and clean up the current ClickUp workspace to remove redundancies and improve usability. • Rethink, redesign, and remodel existing workflows and dashboards. • Build and implement automated workflows in ClickUp using tools such as APIs, Zapier, Power Automate, or custom scripts. • Connect and integrate AI tools to automate tasks. • Create custom dashboards to improve visibility into client deliverables, deadlines, and team performance. • Collaborate with accounting and compliance teams to design solutions tailored to their operational needs. • Create and document SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to support internal governance and develop a standardized SOP for ClickUp usage. • Provide training to team members on how to use new workflows, automations, and tools. • Continuously test, monitor, and refine workflows to maintain efficiency and accuracy.
