Job Requirements

7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering and architecture with a proven track record of building production-ready AI systems that people actually use
3+ years of experience leading engineering teams through complex technical challenges and love the mentorship aspect of senior roles
Deep understanding of modern AI architectures and get excited about designing systems that can adapt to whatever breakthrough comes next
Hands-on experience with the latest AI frameworks, cloud platforms, and MLOps practices—and you're always experimenting with what's emerging
Thrives on variety and gets energized by jumping between different technical domains, industries, and problem types
Builder's mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities and can communicate complex ideas to both technical and business stakeholders
Genuinely excited about AI's potential to transform industries and want to be the architect behind those transformations
Prefers the dynamic environment of consulting/client work over the predictability of internal product development
