Job Description
Job Requirements
- JD degree and an active license to practice law in the US
- 6+ years of legal experience, ideally with a mix of law firm and in-house (fast-growing SaaS/enterprise software experience strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated success negotiating complex, high-value commercial agreements with large enterprises
- Strong understanding of SaaS, AI/ML, data privacy, and related regulatory frameworks
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal concepts into practical business advice
- Demonstrated ability to handle diverse legal matters independently while maintaining excellent judgment
