Job Description
• Help train large-language models (LLMs) to write production-grade code
• Compare & rank multiple code snippets, explaining which is best and why
• Repair & refactor AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and style
• Inject feedback into the RLHF pipeline and maintain smooth operation
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience in C
- Strong code-review instincts—spotting logic errors, performance traps, and security issues quickly.
- Extreme attention to detail and excellent written communication skills
- Enjoy reading documentation and language specs, thrive in an asynchronous, low-oversight environment
- No prior RLHF or AI training experience needed.
- No deep machine learning knowledge required, code reviewing and critiquing skills are sufficient.
