Job Description

• Develop and execute a pragmatic growth plan to serve the fire testing and certification segment • Lead launch planning, customer acquisition strategies, partnerships, and early sales initiatives • Lead the pursuit of organic investments, acquisitions and strategic partnerships that accelerate the growth of the fire testing and certification segment

Job Requirements

Demonstrated success launching and scaling new businesses with rapid, measurable impact
Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset, including opportunity identification, experimentation, and rapid iteration
Experience with go-to-market strategy, early customer acquisition and partnerships
Bachelor’s degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Materials Science, Civil/Structural Engineering, or a related technical discipline
Extensive experience in fire testing, fire engineering, or certification of fire protection products and systems
Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent professional credentials.
Participation in US standards committees or code development processes.
