• Design, build, and elevate websites • Lead end-to-end Webflow projects—from redesign strategy and UX to fully coded launch-ready sites. • Translate brand and product goals into polished, high-performing web experiences. • Use Webflow’s visual tools and custom code to create interactions, animations, and advanced functionality. • Apply animation and motion design principles to enhance engagement and storytelling. • Create and maintain a scalable design system within Webflow, including reusable components, styles, and conventions that make it easy for others to jump in, build confidently, and stay consistent. • Partner with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align site experiences with business goals. • Work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to understand objectives, iterate on designs, and deliver beyond expectations. • Test new approaches to layout, interactivity, and motion to continually raise the bar for web experiences. • Champion best practices in accessibility, responsiveness, and performance across projects. • Explore emerging tools, including AI, to accelerate design workflows, generate creative ideas, or enhance animations and interactivity. • Design systems and component structures that balance flexibility with consistency, enabling faster iteration and collaboration across teams.
