Job Requirements

10+ years of experience in management consulting, enterprise strategy, or digital transformation
Proven experience defining and operationalizing agentic AI use cases
Strong understanding of AI/LLM platforms and ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce Agentforce/Einstein, OpenAI, AWS, Azure) and their business applications
Expertise in translating emerging technology into business value, ROI, and measurable outcomes
Deep proficiency in Salesforce platform strategy (Sales, Service, Data Cloud, AI), including ecosystem integration
Understanding of contact center technologies, business processes, and metrics a big plus
Experience with business architecture and operating model design (capability models, value streams, target state roadmaps)
Ability to connect business strategy to execution, partnering closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams
Experience leading executive-level conversations, workshops, and strategic decision forums
Strong storytelling and communication skills with dynamic and engaging personality, simplifying complex concepts for senior stakeholders
Working knowledge of AI governance, risk, ethics, and compliance, particularly in regulated environments
Comfort operating in ambiguity and shaping problem statements in early-stage strategy engagements
Experience contributing to practice development, frameworks, or thought leadership
