Job Description

• Cold Calling & Outreach - Make a high volume of outbound calls and emails daily to engage healthcare decision-makers • Lead Qualification – Identify potential customers, identify problems we can solve, and qualify prospects based on fit and needs, and schedule meetings for the sales team • Product Education – Clearly communicate the value proposition of our healthcare tech solutions and address common objections • CRM Management – Maintain accurate records of all outreach efforts, conversations, and lead progress in Salesforce • Collaboration – Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to refine messaging and optimize outreach strategies • Follow-ups & Nurturing – Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects and keep them engaged throughout the sales funnel • Market Research – Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer pain points to tailor outreach efforts effectively

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Must be located within Eastern or Central time zones
  • Ability to demonstrate robust knowledge of and passion for sales
  • Confident, strong and energetic phone presence to engage prospects and peak interest
  • Persistence and resilience to handle objections and rejection, as well as meet goals
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Nice to Have: Previous experience in sales or business development
  • Cold outreach experience.
