• Own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle across multiple lending offerings (e.g., installment loan, revenue advance and line of credit). • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, ensuring alignment with company OKRs and go-to-market strategy. • Partner with engineering, risk, and data teams to deliver high-quality, compliant, and performant products. • Define and monitor key product KPIs (adoption, revenue contribution, retention, NPS) and drive continuous improvement. • Translate complex financial, regulatory, and technical concepts into simple customer value propositions. • Represent the product function in executive discussions, board reviews, and cross-functional planning cycles.
