• Lead end-to-end customer implementations, from discovery and solution design through go-live and post-launch support • Partner with customers to understand business processes and translate requirements into scalable models, configurations, and planning solutions • Own day-to-day project execution, including scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communication • Serve as a trusted advisor to finance and business teams, providing guidance, training, and hands-on support to drive adoption • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and R&D to ensure smooth handoffs, successful delivery, and continuous product improvement • Support product demonstrations and late-stage evaluations as needed, primarily from an implementation and solution feasibility perspective
