• Partner with product managers to build an understanding of customer problems and business goals, brainstorm solutions, and craft high-impact product roadmaps. • Drive your projects from end-to-end with a high degree of ownership and autonomy, taking responsibility for the user experience of the Private Credit platform. • Translate intricate financial workflows, such as loan servicing and interest accrual, into elegant, data-rich user experiences across all levels of fidelity. • Conduct research and interpret product analytics to unlock insights about our customers’ unique challenges and measure the impact of your designs. • Work closely with engineers to ensure designs are shipped efficiently, maintaining high visual polish while adhering to mobile responsiveness and accessibility standards. • Regularly collaborate with your peers on the design team to give and receive feedback, up-leveling the collective craft of the organization. • Continuously improve and expand our design system, advocating for consistency and pattern reuse across the product suite.
