• Responsible for the design, development and production of marketing & campaign materials including web, email/CRM, social, display, national and regional advertising, and other collateral elements • Understanding of digital tools and expertise in Figma essential • Work closely with internal departments and key vendors in developing design standards for the company • Take corporate identity elements and incorporate them across all materials for a consistent brand experience • Collaborate with internal creative team to concept and develop marketing campaigns and style guides/design systems and socialize the strategic direction with other internal and agency partners • Bring an appreciation for intuitive and usable interfaces and have a “mobile-first” mentality • Solid skills in digital art direction, an excellent eye for typography, clean layout, purposeful color, UI and attention to detail are a must • Must be proficient in digital production techniques • Must be able to prioritize and handle work in a fast-paced environment
