Job Description

• Deliver precise financial reporting each month, influencing decisions at all levels • Collaborate with the Director of FP&A to craft compelling board-facing materials quarterly • Showcase monthly operational results to the leadership team, adding strategic insights • Drive financial modeling in support of strategic planning • Partner with the accounting team to analyze operating results, ensuring financial reporting accuracy • Constantly enhance KPI and financial reporting processes for efficiency and relevance • Provide analytical support for ongoing mergers & acquisitions activities • Be a driving force in implementing business-enhancing automation and digitalization

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
2-3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst
Proficiency in Excel with deep financial modeling expertise
Proven ability to analyze financial data, prepare reports, and motivate teams under tight timeframes
Experience driving continuous process-improvement, automating routine functions for efficiency
Excellent communication skills for effective group participation and facilitation
Solution-oriented with the ability to achieve results within tight deadlines
Strong mathematical aptitude for interpreting complex financial data and operational metrics
