Job Description
• Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions
• Employ expert level "sales" skills to recruit new and lapsed churches to register for the Angel Tree program resulting in 100% coverage of children within their territory
• Manage the resourcing and execution of all Angel Tree recruitment events and registrations within areas of need
• Develop solid knowledge base across all PF programs, with a deep understanding of Angel Tree Christmas implementation
• Maintain leads from various sources, employing various tactics to move leads through pipeline towards achieving annual recruitment goals
Job Requirements
- 3+ years in church/parachurch leadership role
- 3+ sales related/territory experience
- must reside in IA, IL, IN, KY, MI, MN, MO, OH or WI
- relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent coursework and experience
- intermediate computer skills, including MS Office and Salesforce
- ability to learn new technology as needed
- excellent written and oral communication skills
- must be able to stand for extended periods of time and regularly lift office products and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds
- some knowledge of Celebrate Recovery is helpful but not required
