• Own end-to-end product development for new and emerging financial services products, from early discovery and validation through launch and iteration. • Translate high-level company and Financial Services strategy into concrete product visions, roadmaps, and execution plans. • Define success metrics and be accountable for KPIs related to adoption, engagement, trust, and operational performance. • Identify and validate customer problems, balancing fan experience, regulatory requirements, and business goals. • Leverage the broader Fanatics ecosystem (commerce, loyalty, content, betting, and fandom) to create differentiated, cross-platform financial experiences. • Lead teams through ambiguous problem spaces with a strong bias toward action and delivery. • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations to ship high-quality, scalable products. • Drive rigorous product discovery, prioritization, and execution using customer insights, experimentation, and analytics. • Ensure all product solutions meet regulatory and compliance standards, including KYC/AML, consumer protection, and data privacy. • Continuously improve product quality by reducing friction, failure rates, and operational burden. • Serve as a primary product partner to Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Operations teams. • Clearly communicate product direction, tradeoffs, and progress to senior leaders. • Align dependencies and roadmaps across Fanatics teams to enable efficient execution.
