Job Description
• Conduct consultative sales of the NOA product for clients in Chile;
• Work on optimizing filters and prospecting to capture potential B2C leads;
• Execute the full sales cycle: prospecting, scheduling, product demonstrations, follow-up, and closing;
• Contribute to achieving the area's KPIs and targets;
• Map customers' current use of the products to enhance their outcomes, aiming for customer loyalty and retention;
• Escalate technical issues to the support team to ensure proper product functionality for customers.
Job Requirements
- Advanced Spanish (verbal and written);
- Experience in inside sales and/or B2C SaaS;
- Knowledge of and experience with the SPIN selling methodology;
- Ability to perform product demonstrations in a clear, instructional, and objective manner;
- Organization, discipline, and effective management of the sales pipeline;
- Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar);
- Results-oriented profile with high adaptability, focused on expansion goals;
- Residence in Curitiba or the metropolitan region, with the ability to attend the office twice a week.
