Job Description
• Drive Growth: Identify and capitalize on revenue expansion opportunities within high-potential enterprise accounts, driving consistent growth.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with technical, product, and marketing teams to deeply understand customer needs and deliver tailored, value-driven solutions.
• Lead Discovery: Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions with existing customers to uncover additional use cases and opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell initiatives.
• Build Relationships: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations, including C-level executives and technical teams, ensuring alignment and satisfaction. Develop strong relationships with partner organizations to foster collaboration and drive mutual success.
• Strategic Account Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans focused on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth, aligning customer goals with Fivetran’s offerings.
• Advocate for Customers: Serve as the voice of the customer within Fivetran, advocating for their needs and driving product enhancements that meet market demands.
• Pipeline Management: Accurately forecast expansion revenue and maintain clear visibility into performance through active management of your sales pipeline.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Enterprise software sales experience, with a strong track record in customer expansion and account management.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and engage multiple stakeholders in a value-driven sales process.
- Industry Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of the data technology landscape, with a focus on solution-based selling.
- Revenue Growth: Proven ability to identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities, driving revenue growth within existing accounts.
- Organization: Exceptional organizational skills, with a focus on building and executing long-term strategic account plans.
- Strategic Vision: A strategic thinker who can articulate customer needs and align them with Fivetran’s offerings.
- Problem Solving: A resilient, proactive problem solver with the ability to overcome challenges creatively.
- Customer-Centric: High energy, enthusiasm, and a customer-first mentality.
- Relationship Building & Collaboration: Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, fostering collaboration to deliver maximum value and ensure alignment with customer objectives
- Technical Background: Experience with data integration, databases, ETL, or business intelligence technologies is a strong plus.
