Job Description
• Responsible for setting the strategic direction and enabling execution around global Indirect spend.
• Build an organization that will enable execution of the strategy built by this leader.
• Lead a team of procurement professionals, establish strong supplier relationships, and implement best practices.
• Provide category management leadership and oversight to ~$650M indirect portfolio underneath the Material Group.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with "top-tier" global vendors, conducting Executive Business Reviews (EBRs).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s Degree or MBA desired
- 15+ years of strategic sourcing, indirect and direct category management experience
- Experience with generating Demand Savings and Supply Savings with equal finesse.
- International Experience of leading global and regional teams.
- The role will require regular global travel.
