Job Description

• Manage customer order processes to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address issues and improve efficiency. • Analyze order data to enhance performance and support strategic planning. • Lead, coach, and develop a four‑person Order Management team. • Oversee end‑to‑end order accuracy and coordination — including validation, pricing, scheduling, and delivery alignment across SAP/ERP systems. • Drive continuous improvement and standardization of order management workflows to increase efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. • Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Quality to resolve constraints, support large project‑based orders, and reinforce smooth order-to-delivery execution. • Engage directly with customers and sales teams to clarify complex orders, troubleshoot issues, and communicate requirements clearly in both written and verbal forms. • Champion digital tools and data accuracy (SAP/S4HANA, sales order tools, pricing corrections, BOM-related adjustments).

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
  • 5+ years of experience in order management or supply chain operations, supporting complex or multi‑component order processes
  • Hands-on ERP/MRP experience (SAP/S4HANA preferred, but experience with any major ERP accepted)
  • Proven experience leading, coaching, or developing team members or serving as a senior go‑to resource within an operations environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex order issues to customers and cross‑functional teams.
  • Project coordination or project management experience preferred (PMP not required).
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma, or structured problem‑solving) is a plus.
  • Supply Chain certifications (e.g., APICS CSCP) are a plus and support success in the role
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.
