Job Requirements
- Extensive Product Management experience in a high-tech org delivering complex software products, ideally within AI/ML, or data-driven domains.
- Strong ability to manage trade-offs between short-term wins and long-term strategy, with a track record of driving both.
- Experience working directly with operations or domain-expert teams to ensure product-market fit and operational viability.
- Strong background in partnering with Design teams and applying UX best practices.
- Demonstrated success in leading software delivery, either as a Product Manager or Engineer, with deep technical curiosity.
- Initiative and ownership—you drive projects from vision to prototype to design to execution.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and decision-making skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships across teams.
- High curiosity and the ability to ask the right questions to challenge assumptions and uncover opportunities.
