Job Description
• Develop professional relationships with customers
• Optimize base sales, NPD & promotions
• Ensure great visibility in retailers
• Deliver field KPI's and hit annual objectives
• Implement and monitor promotional activities
• Report on activities
• Manage the budget allocated for sales activities
• Supervise unionized personnel to ensure task performance
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management
- Proven sales experience in the retail channel (minimum 2 years)
- Experience in sales analysis and control strategies
- Experience in portfolio management
- Coaching/leadership skills with unionized personnel
- Intermediate Excel skills (databases, formulas)
