Job Description

• Implement the strategy and processes to optimize price to maximize both profitability and volume. • Support processes and tools to manage pricing for large-scale customer conversions. • Utilize customer VOC (both internal and external) to create new or improved pricing simplification, tools, and communications. • Implement processes for distributor and contractor rebate programs that incentivize customers growth while optimizing profitability. • Implement processes and tools that enable sales to effectively utilize customer rebates as additional leverage in selling conversations. • Implement promotions for buying groups, national accounts, and specific products that energize all stakeholders and deliver growth. • Work with National Account Managers and Buying Groups to engage in customer driven promotional opportunities. • Utilize analytics to adjust and improve future promotion performance vs hypothetical or past performance. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Management, and IT to ensure alignment to strategic objectives. • Analyze and track market share, and competitive landscape. • Track all program effectiveness and recommend changes and improvements. • Track partner performance metrics, analyze data, and report on KPIs to ensure goals are met. • Provide partners with tools, training, and resources to effectively sell and support company products/services. • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align channel strategies with overall business objectives. • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field
  • 5+ Years experience in channel management, product management, analyst, or similar field
  • Strong track record of growing both top and bottom line via pricing, rebate, and promotion activities.
  • Solid analytical skills with a strong understanding of key business and financial metrics such as sales and gross margins.
  • Experience with business analytic tools such as PowerBI, Snowflake, and excel.
  • Project management, collaboration, and interpersonal skills; demonstrated success communicating effectively across the business.
  • Customer-focused, can-do mindset with a passion for problem-solving and commitment to excellence and continuous improvement
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience navigating a complex business while exercising attention to detail. Strong Ability to drive inferences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting annual objectives.
