• Support design and technical documentation of Mechanical systems for new builds, remodels, and national initiatives for restaurant brands • Partner with internal and external consultants to ensure design intent is met across restaurant types • Perform technical reviews of drawings and specifications for alignment with brand standards • Support implementation of MEP-related design changes across the portfolio through structured change management processes • Partner with cross-functional teams to prototype, pilot, and scale building systems initiatives • Assist in communication and training efforts to ensure alignment between design and Restaurant Development stakeholders • Help develop playbooks, technical standards, and best practices to enhance long-term system performance • Collaborate with the Sustainability team to integrate energy efficiency and environmental stewardship goals into building systems • Monitor and evaluate new technologies that may enhance restaurant performance and guest experience. • Represent MEP systems considerations in cross-functional meetings
