- 5+ years of experience with Citrix XenApp
- 5+ years of experience with XenServer Administration
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows Servers

- Citrix Administrator certification
- Experience troubleshooting systems, identifying root causes, and creating action plans to resolve issues
- Experience working in a VDI environment
